From the records, it appears that for nonappearance of the parties, direction was given to serve administrative notice upon the parties by the order dated 16th January, 2023. Report of the Department shows that administrative notice was served upon the parties. In spite of that, none appears today either on behalf of the appellants or on behalf of the respondents.

Thus, the appeal, being FMA 77 of 2007, stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The respondent/claimant/injured is at liberty to withdraw the amount from the office of the learned Registrar General of this Court along with all accrued interest.

Department is directed to send down the records of the learned Court, if any, immediately.
