The petitioner complains that she has been thrown out from her house by the private respondent, who is a promoter.
The complaint of the petitioner dated July 21, 2020, annexed to the writ petition, does not indicate any such dispossession.
In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. If the petitioner has any civil rights against the respondents, the same may be agitated before an appropriate civil forum in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
