Petitioner approached this court being aggrieved by the steps taken by the investigating authorities in connection with Panskura Police Station Case No. 946 of 2024.

The main grievance of the petitioner was with regard to the recovery of the minor victim girl. Having considered that the police authorities on 13.01.2025 has recovered the victim girl and placed in a shelter home for girls, I am of the view that the primary purpose for which the present application was preferred before this court has been subserved.

Accordingly WPA 669 of 2025 is disposed of.
