His grievance is that the Madrasah where he is teaching has not issued the required no-objection certificate. Without the said no-objection certificate he will not be permitted to participate in the counselling process for transfer.

The petitioner has served notice of the writ petition upon the Madrasah. None appears to oppose the prayer of the petitioner.

The petitioner has annexed the representation dated 6th February, 2021 which was made before the

Administrator of the Madrasah through the Teacherin-Charge. The Administrator or the Teacher-in-Charge of the Madrasah, the person who is responsible for day to day conduct of the affairs of the Madrasah, is directed to take immediate steps for issuance of the no-objection certificate in favour of the petitioner, so that he can participate in the counselling process for transfer. Necessary steps shall be taken by the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 at the earliest, but positively within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The writ petitioner stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
