Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. He submits that the other accused were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court on October 1, 2021.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners were involved in the killing of the victim. He submits that the weapon was seized from the arrested person. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal procedure naming the petitioners as some of the assailants, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 164 of 2022 is dismissed.
