The subject matter of the case involves recovery of 424 grams of heroin from the possession of three persons including the present petitioners.

Having considered the fact that commercial quantity of contraband is involved, I am of the view that Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners in CRM (NDPS) 138 of 2026 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
