1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner prays for a direction on the respondent no.2 to hold election of Hindustan Unilever Limited (Kidderpore Fatory) Tea and ICD Permanent Workers Union.

3. A request by the petitioner in this regard, is pending for a substantial period of time.

4. In those circumstances, this Court directs the respondent no.2 to complete the process of election strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from date.

5. The private respondent shall furnish all the particulars sought by the respondent no.2 within a period of ten days from date.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
