Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits .

that the petitioners have been implicated in connection with the instant case for alleged recovery of 312 grams of heroin and investigating agency on conclusion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet before the learned special court.

Additionally, learned advocate submits that they are in custody for 6 months 25 days and may be granted bail on any stringent conditions.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Petitioners will renew their prayer for bail after

the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over. Learned trial court is directed to give priority to the examination of the seizure list witnesses.

At this stage, CRM(NDPS) 89 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
