This revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Behala P.S. case no. 349 of 2021 dated 14.12.201. The said case was registered for investigation under provisions of Section 498A/406/313/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

Record reflects that charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Having regard to the ingredients of the offences being available in the charge-sheet and the accompanying documents, I am not inclined to interfere with the further continuance of the proceedings.

Accordingly, CRR 98 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
