1. The writ petition has been preferred challenging an order dated 18th November, 2022 passed by the Respondent No. 3 and 15th July, 2024 passed by the respondent no.

2(under the Payment of Gratuity Act).

2. The respondents herein who are the petitioners in WPA 30193 of 2024.

3. On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record and considering the submissions of the petitioner herein, the civil revision is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Certificate Officer for the relief of installment as sought for by him.

4. The Certificate Officer is at liberty to consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law and proceed

to dispose of the certificate proceedings expeditiously.

5. The order of the Controlling Authority and the appellate authority being the impugned orders, this Court finds no reasons to interfere, the same being in accordance with law.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
