2. The present appeal is filed challenging the impugned judgement and award passed by the Tribunal in connection with the MAC Case No. 424 of 2006 (MAC Case No. 77 of 2007) which was disposed of by the Tribunal on 24.03.2008.

3. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the said impugned judgement the present appeal has filed in the year 2008 and since then it is pending in the docket of this Court.

4. Appellants/claimants have lost interest to proceed further with the present appeal.

5. Accordingly, the present appeal being FMA 264 of 2009 is dismissed for default.

6. No order as to costs.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. The other applications filed in connection with the appeal are also dismissed.
