Perused the office report dated 19.06.2023 and the order dated 19.04.2023 passed by the Lawazima Court. In the said order, the Ld. Advocate for the appellants was directed to file the requisites within two weeks from the order dated 19.04.2023 for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the pro- forma respondent no. 6-8.

However, it appears from the said office report that requisites have not yet been filed.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the Ld. Advocate for the appellants is directed to comply the said order passed by the Lawazima Court within two weeks from this date, in default, the matter will be placed before the Hon'ble Bench.
