The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents have unauthorizedly engaged upon the public land that has the effect of preventing free ingress and egress to their premises.

The writ petitioners had made a representation, inter alia, on 26th August, 2019 before the SubDivisional Officer, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, which has not been considered till date.

In those circumstances, Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, being the respondent no.3, may consider the petitioners'

representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

A reasoned order may be passed and may be communicated to the writ petitioners within ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
