Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition since a final demolition order has already been passed. A copy of the order is handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. He shall be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

In view of the said development, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
