An order of this Court dated 23rd September, 2024, is under contempt, where the petitioner has alleged about the willful and deliberate violation by the alleged contemnor, in compliance of that order. Today, Mr. Deb Roy has come up with copy of an order dated 28th February, 2025, passed by the District Magistrate and Chairman, RTA, Purba Bardhaman, by dint of which the petitioner's prayer has been considered and finally decided by the said authority.

Having perused the order of this Court dated 23rd September, 2024, and that of the respondent authority dated 28th February, 2025, the court is of the considered opinion that so far as the substantive compliance with the Court's said order is concerned,

upon delivering the order as above by the said respondent authority, the same has been done. Therefore, the Court finds that there remains no further point of adjudication in the present contempt application.

The contempt application is, thus, disposed of. Let the copy of the order dated 28th February, 2025, be taken on record.
