The petitioner participated in the 1st SLST, 2016, Recruitment of Assistant Teachers for Higher Secondary Schools (Classes IX to X) for the subject 'Bengali'.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she was not called on for Personality Test.

Dr.

Patra, learned counsel for the Commission, submits that he has received instruction from his client wherefrom it will appear that the petitioner in the selection test has scored 63 (Subject Marks : 30.00 + Academic Marks : 33.00), whereas the last candidate called for Personality Test in her

category has scored 76 (Subject Marks: 43 + Academic Marks : 33).

Dr. Patra files a photocopy of such instruction and the same be kept with the record.

In view of the above, the petitioner is not entitled to get relief as prayed for.

WPA 663 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
