The petitioner prays for mutual transfer within the district of Bankura after having obtained intra district mutual transfer in the year 2022.

This Court is of the view that even if the transfer is on mutual basis, the schools in question may be affected, however, due to constant movement of the petitioner from one school to other. Hence this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.

A teacher should not be entitled to apply for mutual transfer before expiry of a period of four years from the last mutual transfer in the facts of the instant case.

The writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
