The petitioner prayed for transfer on medical ground and has relied upon a certificate issued by the Block Medical Officer of Health of District Uttar Dinajpur, which is at page 81 of the writ application. The application for transfer has been filed on 07.10.2021. This application has been covered by the amended Rules of General Transfer amended in the month of September, 2021. In the said document at page 81 there is no mentioning that the petitioner is suffering from "severe" heart disease whereas the amendment says that transfer on medical ground may be considered for "severe" heart disease. As there is no mentioning of "severe" heart disease, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
