Mr. Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the records are available with the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly so far as Mogra Police Station Case No. 302 of 2017 dated 25.10.2017 is concerned.

It has been informed that the next date has been fixed in the month of July 2024 for appearance and execution return. Consequently the learned Magistrate would ensure that a proper report be submitted. If the same is not submitted, a superior officer be informed that proper steps be taken so that the process of court can compel the appearance of the accused persons. It would be in the interest of justice that the learned court would take into account that the case is of the year 2017 and at least one date in every two months be fixed for the purposes of the present case. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 103 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
