Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the condition of bail which was granted on 13.02.2025.

A report has been submitted which reflects that the petitioner has been diligently appearing before the learned Trial Court, but he has not informed the Special Task Force Police Station about the place where he is staying.

Having considered that the petitioner has been attending the Court and there are no accusations relating to tampering of the evidence, I direct that the conditions so imposed earlier to be waived.

A fresh condition is imposed that the petitioner will meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Special Task Force Police Station, Calcutta once in a fortnight till further orders. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
