Affidavit-of-service filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner in Court today be taken on record. The petitioner claims to have worked as a Data Entry Operator with the District Horticulture Officer, Purba Bardhaman under the Directorate of Horticulture.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he ought to have got the benefit of the Circular of the State dated 16th October, 2020 issued by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (e-Governance Cell). He further submits that the petitioner's services have been terminated by an order dated 2nd December, 2020. He has made a representation against the same on 12th December, 2020 and 14th December, 2020. In those circumstances, the respondent no.4 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 12th December, 2020 and 14th December, 2020 within

a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Any order that may be passed by the respondent on.4 to be communicated to the petitioner within ten days thereof.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
