1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows she had been taken to Delhi for sex work. Victim has not been examined. In view of the aforesaid circumstances we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
