2. Mr. De, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors has submitted a memo dated 25.06.2025 as issued by the Chairperson, Board of Councillor, Baranagar Municipality enclosing therewith an extract copy of the resolution of the Board of Councillor dated 24.06.2025.

3. Let the memo dated 25.06.2025 be taken on record.

4. This Court has gone through the contents of the aforementioned resolution. It appears to this Court that by the said resolution, the judgment and order dated 01.10.2024 as passed by this Court in WPA 16745 of 2024 has been substantially complied with.

5. In view of such, nothing remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

6. With the aforementioned observations, the instant contempt application being CPAN 56 of 2025 is disposed of.
