Kutubuddin ... for the petitioner Mr. Sumit Ray ... for the WBSEDCL Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for a direction upon the respondent no.3 to supply a permanent electricity connection to the petitioners' submersible pump sets which are fitted to the shallow tube well installed on their own plot under police station Habibpur, District-Malda.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that if the petitioners comply with all necessary formalities, the distribution company shall supply permanent electricity connection to the petitioners'

submersible pumps within three months from date.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners is requested to complete all necessary formalities within two weeks from date and the distribution company is also requested to supply permanent electricity connection to the petitioners' submersible pump sets, fitted at their own plot within four weeks from date of compliance with all formalities.

With the above observations, WPA 763 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
