1. Petitioner is in custody for 125 days. He submits he is the father-in-law of the victim housewife. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was murdered at the matrimonial home. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence.

4. In view of the gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
