He submits there is no direct evidence conecting him with the murder. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits finger ring belonging to the petitioner was recovered from the place of occurrence. Report regarding location of the mobile of the petitioner also shows his presence at the place of occurrence. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
