The petitioner is the President of the Managing Committee of Banagram S.B. High School (H.S.), District : Uttar Dinajpur.

It appears from the record that the petitioner had lodged a complaint with the District Inspector of School (S.E.), District : Uttar Dinajpur, the respondent no.4 herein against the Teacher-in-Charge and two other teacher representatives of the Managing Committee of the said school.

The petitioner by the instant writ petition is praying for a direction upon the respondent no.4 to look into the grievances of the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the said persons.

Mr. Lahiri, learned counsel for the School Authority submits that the respondent no.4 has concluded the hearing of the said complaint but the decision is yet to come. He files a photocopy of the notice of hearing of the said complaint, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

WPA 634 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
