Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that there is typographical error in the cause title portion of the order passed on April 13, 2021 disposing of the appeal. No objection is made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Insurance Company.

In the light of the above the cause title "Lalmon Bibi & Ors. Versus National Insurance Company Limited & Anr." appearing at the top of the said order be substituted by the cause title "Lalmon Bibi & Ors. Vs. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. & Anr.".

The order dated April 13, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. The matter is Let this order be treated as part of the order dated April 13, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated April 13, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

The matter is treated as disposed of. The Department is directed to strike off this matter from the ledger forth with.
