The appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order dated 6th March, 2017 by which the learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition challenging the award passed by the learned 5th Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata after taking note of the factual position that there are no error of law committed by the learned Industrial Tribunal for the writ Court to interfere. Though the appeal was presented in the year 2017, no steps have been taken by the appellant to move the appeal. Thus, the appellant is not interested to pursue the matter. That apart there is no representation for the appellant today. Hence, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed for prosecution.
