Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner received money collected from public in general for giving appointment to a post in Axis Bank. He submits that investigations are yet to be concluded. Considering the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the public are also involved, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM (A) 178 of 2022 is dismissed.
