Learned senior counsel representing the Commission submits that error made by the petitioner at the time of filing her application form in 2nd SLST, 2025 by incorrectly mentioning her gender will be permitted to be rectified.

In view of such submission, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The Commission shall take necessary steps to permit the petitioner to rectify her gender and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible to participate in the interview process, permit the petitioner to do so. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
