- Versus - Vijaya Bank & Others By reason of a typographical error in the cause title of the order dated 8th April, 2022, the number of the appeal has been incorporated as 'F.M.A. 1100 of 2017' in place and stead of 'F.M.A. 1100 of 2018'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated 8th April, 2022.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 8th April, 2022. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
