1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report which shows laceration inflicted on vital parts of the body like scalp and the area below the eyes, and the fact that the proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
