The present appeal has been preferred challenging the judgement dated 14th March, 2017 passed in a writ petition being W.P. No.29634 (W) of 2016.
Heard Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the appellant.
Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the Union of India submits that during pendency of the appeal, the respondent no.2 has passed an order on 22nd June, 2017 and the appellant has been reinstated.
Let the documents, as produced, be kept on record. Such fact has not been disputed by Mr. Chatterjee.
Since the appellant has already been reinstated, no further order is required to be passed in the present appeal.
The appeal and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.
There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order if applied for, be made over to the parties as expeditiously as possible.
