[ Considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet subsequent to the order dated January 25, 2022 enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail and considering the fact that the petitioner complied with the other conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail and considering the fact that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner, we relax the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month till completion of investigation. All other conditions of the order dated January 25, 2022 will remain the same.
