Mr. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the United India Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the insurance company) in all the above appeals submits, upon instruction, that the insurance company is ready and will to pay a consolidated amount of `7,80,000/- [Rupees Seven Lakh Eighty Thousand only] to St. Joseph's College, School Department, North Point.

Mr. Sau, learned advocate appearing for the appellants in the above matters also submits, upon

instruction, that St. Joseph's College, School Department, North Point is agreeable to accept the said consolidated amount of `7,80,000/- towards full and final settlement of its claim.

In view thereof, all the three appeals, being MAT 649 of 2017, FMA 1370 of 2017 and FMA 670 of 2018 and the connected applications, being IA No.: CAN 1 of 2017 (Old No.: CAN 4846 of 2017), IA No.: CAN 1 of 2017 (Old No.: CAN 4843 of 2017) and IA No.: CAN 1 of 2017 (Old No.: CAN 4844 of 2017) are disposed of directing the insurance company to pay the said amount of `7,80,000/- to St. Joseph's College, School Department, North Point within a period of two weeks from date.

Mr. Sau is directed to furnish the bank particulars of St. Joseph's College, School Department, North Point to Mr. Singh in course of this day.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
