Mr. Rudranil De Mr. Soumo Charan .... For the petitioner Mr. Wasim Ahmed .... For contemnor no. 1 This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated February 20, 2024.

The alleged contemnor no. 1 has filed its compliance report which is on record.

On perusal of the report it appears to this Court that, the direction of this Court has been complied with and therefore there is no reason to proceed with this contempt proceeding any further. Mr. Rudranil De, learned advocate appears for the petitioner submits that, the necessary representation has also been made by the petitioner before the Managing Committee of the school and the jurisdictional District Inspector of Schools. The jurisdiction of contempt Court is very limited, only to see whether the direction of the Court has been violated willfully and deliberately. The Court

when finds from record that the direction of the Court is complied with, there shall be no further contempt. In view of the above, this contempt proceeding being W.P.C.R.C. 65 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

Rule, issued, stands discharged.

Accordingly, W.P.C.R.C. 65 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved by the action of the authorities, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law, if the same is available to the petitioner.
