No. 64) within P.S. Chanditala, District Hooghly.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has made a representation to the Station Manager, Begampur Customer Care, West Bengal, i.e. respondent no. 5 and he states that he shall be satisfied if his representation is duly decided by the respondent no. 5 by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 agrees to the said proposition and states on instruction that they shall decide the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
