no.18392/2025, a copy of which order is handed over in Court today and kept on record.

From the said order, it is evident that the parties have agreed to settle all litigations pending between them, including the present appeal and the connected contempt application as well.

Hence, FA 154 of 2025, along with CAN 3 of 2025, as well as CPAN 1142 of 2025 are disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.
