1. The petitioner has made representation to the D. I. of Schools(SE), the Commissioner of School Education and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for transfer on the ground that the husband has died.

2. In those circumstances, the petitioner's representation dated 11th September, 2023 may be considered and disposed of off line by the authorities concerned as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from date.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
