2. Petitioner is working under Employees' State Insurance Corporation and service of the petitioner comes under purview of the relevant provisions of Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Therefore, writ petition at this stage before the High Court is not maintainable.

Petitioner is required to approach Central Administrative Tribunal.

3. Writ petition stands dismissed as it is found not maintainable.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on the self same cause of action.
