All the petitioners before us stand implicated in demand for dowry and meting out torture on the defacto-complainant. The police complaint was lodged within four years of marriage. Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail at this stage will be inimical to the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners and the prayer of anticipatory bail is rejected.
