Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no way involved in the incident. He submits that there was a property dispute between the private parties pending for a considerable period of time.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. He submits that the petitioners are involved in the incident. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpires from the case diary,

we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM (A) 183 of 2022 is dismissed.
