The writ petitioner is aggrieved by an order declaring him unfit to the recruitment in the railways passed by the Railway Recruitment Board.

The writ petition cannot be maintained before the High Court since service matters relating to the railways are required to be filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1995.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.

There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
