In paragraph 19 of the Judgment/order, the two conditions in paragraph (ii) and paragraph (vii) are modified as follows:

So far as the paragraph (ii) is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that instead of city of Calcutta, the petitioner shall not leave the State of West Bengal without leave of the trial court.

So far as the paragraph (vii) is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that, instead of meeting with the Investigating Officer of the case once in a week, the petitioner will meet with the I.O. of this case once in a month. The other conditions would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 4 of 2026 is disposed of.
