The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 19th December, 2020 wherein in connection with Jadavpur Police Station Case No.149 of 2020, the learned ACJM, Alipore was pleased to refuse the prayer of the de facto complainant for cancelling the bail of the private opposite parties. The said order was passed by the learned ACJM, Alipore after considering the report and the prayer of the Investigating Officer. Learned ACJM imposed further stringent condition for compliance in the said order and extended the order of ad interim bail till 19th February, 2021. I find that the said order involves liberty and was passed more than one year nine months ago. There has been no subsequent progress which has been complained of before this Court. Accordingly, I am of the opinion that the liberty cannot be casually interfered in this manner without further change of circumstances.

Thus, CRR 81 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
