The contempt application and CAN 1 of 2025 with a prayer for recalling of the order dated 24th November, 2025 are taken up together for hearing. 2.

On hearing the learned counsels for both the parties and on perusal of the materials on record and considering the issue as raised in respect of the order dated 24th November, 2025, it is directed that on and from November, 2025, the husband/petitioner shall pay an interim maintenance in the present case

amounting to Rs. 65,000/- per month till disposal of the civil revisional application.

Considering the fact that there is a considerable amount of arrears as claimed by the wife/opposite party. It is directed that the petitioner/husband pay a further sum of Rs. 5 lakhs towards arrears for the time being.

The husband herein shall pay the arrear differential amount of each month on and from November, 2025 to April, 2026, in five equal monthly instalments along with the current monthly maintenance by the 10th of the respective months starting from June, 2026.

The amount of Rs. 5 lakhs be paid by the 15th of June, 2026 and considering that for the time being an amicable settlement has been arrived at in respect of the interim maintenance at this stage. The proceeding under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act being independent of the MAT Suit No. 192 of 2013 expeditious the trial court shall proceed with the MAT Suit in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the contempt application and CAN 1 of 2025 stand disposed of.

The matter be placed before the bench having determination.
