1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. Despite service, none appears for the Bank.

3. The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is that the Bank is not considering her application/representation for education loan.

4. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 666 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent-Bank to consider and decide the application/representation of the petitioner for education loan, as annexed to the writ petition, within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order to the respondent Bank, if necessary by giving an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner, by acting on a server copy of this order.

5. Immediately thereafter, the decision of the consideration will be communicated to the petitioner.

6. If aggrieved thereby, the petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition against the said decision.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
