Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondent no.7 along with the Inspector-in-Charge, Kharagpur Town Police Station has been harassing her after the demise of her husband when she was able to raise construction of a five storied building. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an injunction order is also existing over the property.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the deceased husband borrowed from the private respondent a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- and consequently a complaint was made by the private respondent for which a G.D. Entry has been recorded by the Inspector-in-Charge, Kharagpur Town Police Station.

So far as the accusations against the Inspector-in-Charge, Kharagpur Town Police Station is concerned, it has been emphatically stated that the police authorities have never summoned the present petitioner at the police station. In spite of the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the police authorities as also the respondent no.7 herein, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional criminal court with relevant prayers. Learned Magistrate will consider the same in accordance with law and dispose of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 685 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
