For the Petitioner Mr. Somnath Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present revisional application the Civil Court has already dissolved the marriage of the parties by invoking the provisions of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. There has been complete change of circumstances, as such, the revisional application has become infructuous. The order of the Civil Court be kept with the record.
